Are you a Senior Administrator, PA or data analyst looking for a fresh challenge? Do you have experience in corporate governance, data analysis and report-writing?


We are looking to recruit a Corporate Governance and Information Executive for an Award winning employer in Exeter, who put professional ambitions and personal development at the forefont.


Supporting the Company Secretary, this position will play a key part in the implementation and growth of a programme to support the company's ESG policies.


Please note this is a 6 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

28 hours per week (Monday to Thursday is preferred work pattern but variations to this can be considered)

What does the job involve?

  • Providing personal assistance, company secretarial and administrative support to the Company Secretary.
  • Supporting the implementation and growth of a programme to support ESG policies.
  • Collating ESG data, drafting reports and submissions.
  • Organising and supporting meetings, liaising with key stakeholders.
  • Assisting the Company Secretary to ensure the corporate governance framework meets its regulatory obligations, and that all relevant legislative requirements are complied with.

Skills and experience:


If you have experience working in a financial services environment, with knowledge and experience in corporate governance, ESG and/or information/data analysis we would love to hear from you.

However, we would also like to hear from you if you can demonstratethe following skills and qualities:


  • A flair for reporting writing, data analysis and metrics.
  • Corporate PA or senior level support experience.
  • A literal thinker, with an organised and methodical way of working, who always retains discretion and confidentiality with the ability to remain diplomatic, objective and diligent when under pressure.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and industry contacts.
  • Studying towards or hold the Chartered Secretary or Governance professional qualification.

The details:

  • 28 hours a week Monday to Thursday (other work patterns can be considered)
  • 6 month fixed term contract
