Customer Care Advisor:


  • WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Responsible for delivering efficient responses through various communication channels to customers who have raised a case of dissatisfaction against goods and / or the services received for the whole of the UK business.
- cause analysis ensuring the needs of the customer are addressed in a timely and accurate manner within SLA's

  • Communicating with inter
- departmental resources to obtain additional information to assist with a successful resolution of a claim.

  • Regular communication and updates to customers on their cases briefing management on outstanding responses.
  • Compose written communication in a professional and structured manner.
  • WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
  • The drive and determination to deliver world class service to all our customers.
  • Highly attentive to detail with good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivational to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of legislation and consumer rights.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Selfstarting with a positive outlook and determination to succeed.
  • Flexible in approach to supporting business requirements.
  • 39.5 hours working hours (standard Contact Centre contract.)
