Customer Care Advisor:

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for delivering efficient responses through various communication channels to customers who have raised a case of dissatisfaction against goods and / or the services received for the whole of the UK business.

- cause analysis ensuring the needs of the customer are addressed in a timely and accurate manner within SLA's

- departmental resources to obtain additional information to assist with a successful resolution of a claim.

Regular communication and updates to customers on their cases briefing management on outstanding responses.
Compose written communication in a professional and structured manner.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
The drive and determination to deliver world class service to all our customers.
Highly attentive to detail with good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Motivational to work alone or as part of a team.
Knowledge of legislation and consumer rights.
Problem solving skills.
Selfstarting with a positive outlook and determination to succeed.
Flexible in approach to supporting business requirements.
39.5 hours working hours (standard Contact Centre contract.)
