- Develop and employ a variety of teaching, learning and assessment strategies, monitor learner progress and provide effective feedback throughout the academic year
- Make a full contribution to team meetings and have a positive impact on the overall quality of this successful subject area
- Experience of teaching in a post-16 setting
- Ideally possess a Chemistry or related degree
- Teaching qualification is desirable
- Enthusiastic and committed individual who can engage, inspire and challenge all learners to achieve their individual potential
- Knowledge of the Advanced Skills Baccalaureate Wales specification and the ability to support learners completing the Individual Project in Science related disciplines would be an added advantage
