TGRC have partnered up with a specialist insurance broker and advisor within M&A to hire into their Energy and Infrastructure team.
As their success in the E&I space goes from strength to strength, they are looking for a mid-level associate dedicated to E&I transactions who can grow into a senior leading role over time.
Job Purpose/Key Requirements:
Looking for a highly motivated individual with at least 3 years PQE in private M&A in the energy and infrastructure sector to assist in growing this part of the business.
For the right candidate, the opportunity will present:
Ability to work with a team with a market leading insurance M&A practice
Ability to learn and develop across a range of, jurisdictions, sectors and industries within E&I
Grow sector experience and learn about the insurance industry
Ability to develop management and leadership skills
Ability to grow and develop a book of business
Ability to join a young and growing team which is financially well supported in a growing industry
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Assist the team in delivering best in class service, including:
a) Advising clients on all transaction liability insurance solutions available in the market;
b) Structuring transaction liability insurance solutions to meet clients' needs; and
c) Effect the placement of transaction liability insurance policies.
