    Job: Associate Director

    Salary: Up to £56,000

    Based: London

    Position Overview: Seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Associate Director, specialising in Planning and Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, developing integrated plans, and driving innovative solutions for our clients. With a focus on understanding consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients towards their business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop comprehensive strategic plans aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns across various channels and platforms.
    • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to uncover insights and opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for leading brands.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
