    Description

    Arthur is delighted to be partnered with a highly successful and growing Lloyds Broker who are looking to expand and develop their London team by bringing on board a Claims Broker/ECF Technician.

    The position entails addressing the daily claims requirements of the business's clients, including the handling of Property, Liability, and Transportation claims originating from the USA.

    This involves utilizing platforms such as ECF or broking/depositing claim files to Underwriters in the Lloyd's or the Company market as instructed, while also delivering complete claims technical support to the department.

    Property and Casualty claimsFacilitation of claims file brokering to Lloyd's Underwriters, XCS, and Company MarketsOversight of claims files from initial advice to final settlement via ECF/ClassTimely escalation of any issues with claims files to the managerCollaboration with colleagues to exchange market intelligence and remain abreast of current eventsProvision of prompt and accurate responses to client correspondence to expedite claims advice and settlementAdministration of Claims Bordereaux onto ECF for agreement by Underwriters and XCSWhat You Need:

    Familiarity with the North American Property and Casualty Binding Authority business is advantageous, though not mandatoryProperty Binding Authority is essentialPossessing expertise in claims technical operations, including the handling of monthly Claims Bordereaux for the North American Property and Casualty Binding Authority businessDemonstrating proficiency in numerical, articulation, and analytical skillsExhibiting strong organizational and time management proficienciesDisplaying excellent verbal and written communication aptitudeProficient in utilizing Microsoft Word and OutlookKnowledgeable in the ECF/CLASS systemIf you are interested in this position and keen to find out more, please apply above or get in contact with me directly or email your CV to pavenjit.
