    Description
    We are seeking a skilled domestic maintenance electrician to join our clients team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality electrical maintenance services primarily on housing association contracts.

    This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contribute to the upkeep of residential properties, and make a meaningful impact in the community.

    Competitive salary between 36, ,000 (depending on experience).
    Core hours of 40 per week, Monday - Friday.
    On call rota (TBC).
    Van and fuel card provided.
    Generous pension scheme.
    Opportunities for career development and training.
    Conducting electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in domestic properties.
    Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues.
    Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
    NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification with the trade.
    Proven experience as a domestic maintenance electrician, preferably within the housing association sector.
    Strong knowledge of electrical systems and regulations.
    Full UK driving licence.
