    Exceptional opportunity for an established experienced People Manager of a large IFA Administration team with a strong background in ongoing process review and implementation of change gained within an ongoing developing environment, controlling workflow, training, and the client delivery process to ensure achievement of excellence.     Opportunity Highlights

    ** Management piece providing support, mentoring, ongoing training via a leadership team

    ** Implement a structured workflow management process.

    ** Develop and maintain an effective advice delivery journey, reviewing existing knowledge, systems and procedures within the company and adapting them as appropriate.

    ** Regular review of the client advice delivery journey including client onboarding, service and offboarding processes

    ** Ensuring communication across multiple senior stakeholders across the organisation is maintained re progress and deliveries.

    ** Assimilate the latest technology developments in financial services ensuring that all processes put clients at the heart of our business.

    ** Provide technical support and training to the team.

    ** Work closely and effectively with Client facing Advice teams to determine any future improvements.

    ** Perform regular reviews to ensure full compliance

    ** Develop technology strategies to support both clients and internal team manage clients in a more efficient manner.

    ** Will suit a Diploma Qualified individual who can demonstrate people management skills of a large IFA Admin team including 1-2-1s, appraisals, disciplinaries, team review meetings, training and recruitment with a background gained within a changing growing IFA with experience of workflow management, process improvement and strong technical knowledge.
