The Organisation Development (OD) Department plays a prominent role in supporting and enabling the delivery of the Workforce, Organisational Development and Education Strategy The strategy is aligned to Hywel Dda University Health Board's (HDUHB) Health and Care Strategy, 'A Healthier Mid and West Wales' and outlines the future vision for our workforce over the next 10 years.

To assist/fully support development, implementation and maintenance of local TMSP initiatives.
To support and drive innovation and efficiencies across TMSP processes, including power BI, 365 automation.
A strong team player with a good working ethos, hands-on, pragmatic and a flexible attitude
Advanced digital skills, specialist knowledge/experience of MS Power Apps and Office 365 automation.
Creative skill set and can produce high quality great looking materials for our programmes with excellent communication and organisation skills
Hywel Dda University Health Board is the planner and provider of NHS healthcare services for people in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and its bordering counties.
Our 11,000 members of staff provide primary, community, in-hospital, mental health and learning disabilities services for around 384,000 people across a quarter of the landmass of Wales.
We do this in partnership with our three local authorities and public, private and third sector colleagues, including our volunteers, through:Seven community hospitals:
Amman Valley and Llandovery in Carmarthenshire Tregaron, Aberaeron and Cardigan in Ceredigion and Tenby and South Pembrokeshire Hospital Health and Social Care Resource Centre in Pembrokeshire
48 general practices (four of which are managed practices), 47 dental practices (including three orthodontic), 99 community pharmacies, 44 general ophthalmic practices (43 providing Eye Health Examination Wales and 34 low vision services) and 17 domiciliary only providers and 11 health centres

Knowledge and understanding of programme management process and project managementExcellent IT literacy with a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, packages including Power Automate, Forms, Power BI, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook & Teams.
Experience of delivering training/presentations or facilitating group discussions.
Experience and ability of collating, analysing, evaluating and presenting data from a range of sources.
Experience of report writing, data analysis and presentation of information in various formats with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience of producing, updating and managing databases
Experience of designing training or interventions (e.g. programmes, workshops).
Experience of website management.
Understanding of a range of analytical techniques, software and tools for data manipulation modelling and interpretation.
Ability to interpret data and insights to predict trends and design effective interventions using digital systems.
Proactive, with good time management and organisational skills
