Our client, a leading customer communications company, is looking for an Account Manager to join their team of customer-focused solutions providers.
As an Account Manager, you will be leading a small team of internal Account Executives as part of the wider Customer Service department.
Ensuring all customers receive the best possible customer experience whilst supporting and managing a busy team.Ensure exemplary customer service is delivered at all times across your team
Ensure scheduled reports and tasks are completed in full and on time for your team
Work with the Senior Account Managers to support colleagues and delegate tasks across the team where relevant
Point of escalation for customer complaints
Support team to deliver resolutions for ongoing service issues
Prioritise workload to ensure a balanced approach to reacting to incoming requests whilst monitoring ongoing projects and supporting your team's workload
Co-ordinate internal departments and external suppliers to deliver projects on time and to customers' expectations
Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders on ongoing projects
Contribute to resource planning for any absence across the team and to support project work
Provide monthly reporting to Senior Account Manager / Account Director on individual and team KPIs
Project Management experience
~ Previous sales experience
~ Use of information technology such as Microsoft, Excel, Explorer and office products
~3 GCSE's (including Maths and English) at A-C grade or equivalent
