    What doesa Senior Risk & Assurance Managerat Collinsondo

    The holder will work closelywith the Vice President and liaise with the leadership team of eachbusiness area and their risk championsensuring that risk & control assessments are completedrisks identified mitigating controls established and controlstestingcompleted.

    Yourduties will include and are not limited to the following activitiesandtasks:

    • Tocomplete financial crime risk review
    • To supportimplementation of AI risks improving the riskexposure
    • Act as a point of conduct for all risktransfer matters relating to Insurance.
    • Tocontribute to the embedding of a First Line Risk ManagementFramework ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with regulatoryexpectations and strategic ambition.
    • Conductcomprehensive assurance activities to continually evaluate andmonitor the effectiveness of the controlenvironment.
    • To implement an ISO 22301 BCMstrategic programme
    • Ensure strict adherence torelevant industry standards and regulatory requirements includingbusiness continuity business conduct and thirdpartyoutsourcing.
    • Using good personal skills adoptgood working practices for risk and assurance and embed thesewithin different areas of the business.
    • Takeresponsibility for supplier oversight ensuring that externalpartners align with our risk management strategies and operationalrequirements.
    • Support the business in designingand delivering comprehensive risk management training programs tocultivate a culture of risk awareness and best practices within theworkforce.
    • Provide support to the business withthe overall compliance to PCI and Data Protectioncompliance.
    • Work within the business to helpidentify areas for improvement in our risk and compliance processesand monitor progress and delivery.
    • Develop andembed key risk indicators identifying emerging risk and preparingany mitigation or remediation plans for risks falling out of thecompany riskappetite.

    Keyskills and experience to be evidenced within your applicationinclude

    • Experienceworking in a Risk Management role.
    • Demonstrable experience and deep understandingof AI and Data risks
    • Experience in OperationalResilience and Supplier Procurement.
    • Experiencedelivering business continuity and resilience programmes includinga good understanding of ISO 22301
    • Excellentcommunication skills with experience of engaging across all levelsof the business.
    • Strong organisation andplanning skills indicative of your ability to handle multipleresponsibilities effectively.
    • A proactiveapproach to supporting teams by understanding the broaderorganizational goals.
    • Analytical anddetailoriented mindset ensuring thorough assessment and managementof risks.
    • Experience of conducting FinancialCrime risk assessments including Sanctions PEP checks Anti Briberyand Conflicts of Interest Anti Money Laundering and Internal fraudmanagement procedures
    • Qualified understandingof ISO 270001
    • Qualified understanding ofISO9001
    • Data Protection qualification desirablebut notessential
