You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home from one of offices.

What you'll be doing:


  • You'll answer calls from our members that are going through various health problems, from physio to cancer treatment, advising them on their claim
  • On occasion you'll need to decline a member's request using your judgement to take responsibility for gathering information
  • Put the interests of your members at the heart of every decision you make

Working Hours & Shift Pattern:


With our members in mind, our phone lines are open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-5pm Saturdays and Bank Holidays.

We'll require you to work 37.5 hours a week on a rota basis and we compensate you for this with a generous shift allowance.

We champion wellbeing and a work life balance, you'll know well in advance the shift patterns you will be working each week, so you can plan around your hours.


Induction & Training:


You'll benefit from a fully supported eight-week induction from our specialist trainers, to set you up for success in your role.

We'll provide a Career Development Framework that is reviewed every six months for two years with your manager, giving you clear career progression.

Qualifications:


What we're looking for:


  • No previous experience is required If you come from a customer facing role, hospitality, or retail background and want to explore a new sector, this could be a great opportunity for a career change.
  • Strong team player with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Genuine desire to help others and possess a strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, you'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
