    Description
    The Service is focused on multiple Data Centers project(s)

    Construction Delivery, both current and forthcoming, within the following region:

    ~ London and Cardiff region(s) of Great Britain.

    Responsibilities
    The Oversight PM will report Client's Lease Construction Manager.

    The primary Scope/Deliverable(s) of the role/position shall be to provide project Oversight in coordination with Lease Provider or Provider(s) to ensure the Construction Delivery requirement(s) for the project or project(s) are met.

    Finally, the general responsibility(s) of the Project Delivery Oversight role/position, shall be to engage, coordinate and review the following:

    Liaison/coordination with the Lease Provider or Provider(s), including any General Contractor(s), Consultant(s), Sub-Contractor(s)/Consultant(s) and other Vendor(s), all project Discipline(s), other Consultant(s), Client Stakeholder(s) and Local Authority/Government departments/agencies.

    Review and coordination of the Lease Provider(s) overall master Program and established/coordinated Baseline Program/Schedule, to monitor, 'track' and report against all stage(s) and interdependency(s) of the project or project(s), through to completion.

    Weekly Construction Delivery and Project Delivery Oversight meeting, liaison/coordination with Client Stakeholder(s) on critical project issues and regular communication i.e.

    emails, correspondence, 'ad-hoc' calls etc., related to the above requirement(s).

    Allow for suitable Resource to spend time and coordinate project requirement(s) with/for Client in logistics, travel/transportation, meetings etc., when Client's Project Manager is in the specific location/region for the delivery of the project, or project(s).
