    Description

    We have an exciting career opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and creative individual to join the IMPACT Team as our new Graduate Marketing & Design Assistant.

    This position is an excellent fit for a recent graduate looking to build on their existing knowledge, acquire new skills, and gain a strong understanding of various real estate sectors we operate in.

    As our new Graduate Marketing & Design Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of this fast-paced department.

    The role is ideal for someone withthe ability to hit the ground running, willing to learn new skills, and eager to be involved in all marketing activities from ideation to execution.

    No one day is the same.

    Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design etc.) is essential, as you will be managing the brand and all collateral across the Group.

    You have the ability to write compelling blogs, press releases, create engaging social media, and email marketing content.

    You will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing campaigns (digital and print) as well as analysing and evaluating their performance.

    As part of your responsibilities,you will also propose marketing budgets to Senior Executives and liaise withthe finance team to help oversee and monitor the actual spend.

    Digital and Print - digital and printed marketing collateral design and distribution (brochures, leaflets, newsletters, presentations, infographics, blogs, email signatures etc.)
    Social Media strategies, design, and management
    E-mail marketing design, distribution, and analysis (Mailchimp); Solus email design and campaigns; Newsletter sponsorship and digital asset creation

    Event management (Small, Medium Large -Team Building and Public Engagement) and organizing attendance to industry exhibitions (including logistics, stand design etc.)


    Press & PR - writing press releases and content for industry titles including columns and feature articles, distributing content for publishing to relevant titles; Strong IT skills, with a good grasp of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
    Excellent eye for detail and a flair to producing content to a very high standard
    Strong understanding of SEO and social media trends
    Working knowledge of Mailchimp (marketing campaign design and distribution)
    Managing CRM database
    Analyse data and make recommendations to Senior Executives
    Assist finance team with marketing budget
    Propose marketing strategies and present to Senior Executives
    Ability to wireframe and create prototypes (UI/UX)
    Videography - ability to use filming equipment; editing videos; Create Brands from concept to completion

    Undergraduate degree in Marketing, or a related business field / equivalent level professional (CIM) level 3 qualification ,or other significant relevant professional experience.
