    Essential Requirements
    • University degree from Medical Faculty
    • Knowledge of customer segments and market dynamics
    • Demonstrated expertise in discussing scientific content and context to multiple audiences
    • Project management ability
    • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership capabilities
    • Good at teamwork
    • Good command of written and spoken English
    • Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish
    • No restrictions to travel frequently and must have a valid driving license
    • Located in İstanbul

      Main Duties and Responsibilities
      • Collaborate with internal AZ teams and external stakeholders for impactful solutions.
      • Share clinical trial and treatment trends info with healthcare professionals.
      • Train AstraZeneca's internal stakeholders on scientific aspects of molecules or disease areas.
      • Support Sales Force training on diseases and treatments as a technical resource.
      • Collaborate with Key External Experts (KEEs) on study proposals and publications.
      • Engage in local/global clinical studies, coordinating with Clinical Research Operations.
      • Share insights from peer interactions and scientific meetings for communication plans.
      • Prioritize engagements with healthcare institutions to enhance patient outcomes.
      • Foster a 360 view of healthcare ecosystems
      • Identify and engage with medical societies, hospitals, payers, and Key External Experts.
      • Plan and execute field activities with a focus on scientific content and discussions.
      • Expand outreach to a broader spectrum of Key External Experts for enhanced engagement.
      • Concentrate efforts on healthcare institutions and Multi-Disciplinary Teams for holistic patient care.
      • Organize scientific events such as doctor group activities, symposia, and advisory boards.
      • Deliver informative lectures at scientific events aligned with the field medical communication strategy.
