    We are looking for an innovative, creative and inspirational leader who may be an experienced Assistant Headteacher, or may have some leadership experience in other leadership roles in school, and are ready for their next step in their career and:
    Is able to work in close partnership with the Headteacher to further the shared vision of the school
    Is an excellent practitioner with an ability to inspire, lead and develop both digital and face to face teaching and learning throughout the school
    Is able to take a lead on developing the quality of education in school by supporting subject leads to devise a progressive and cohesive knowledge rich curriculum that is ambitious for all our children
    Has high expectations of themselves, colleagues and pupils and is unrelenting in their pursuit of excellence
    Has a thorough understanding of how assessment data can be used to bring about improved opportunities for children
    Has experience of successfully supporting Ofsted and preferably S48 inspections
    Is willing to take up leadership in a range of curriculum areas including RE and Writing
    Visits to the school are welcomed and will follow all appropriate health and safety guidelines.
