- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
- Meeting logistics and full preparation
- International travel management and compilation of itineraries etc.
- Internal and client liaison
- Administration expenses, CRM management
- Organisation of events
- A confident phone manner and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with an open, nonconfrontational style
- Excellent prioritisation skills able to juggle busy diaries, with conflicting priorities and frequent changes
- The ability to cope under pressure and work in a team
- A transparent work style
- Flexibility, be proactive and confident, with an open/cando attitude
