Ashley Kate HR & Finance and pleased to be supporting our national client as they recruit for a People Team Leader to join them.


Our client have a number of sites UK wide, and this role will be remote based (London), with the expectation to travel on occasion for team meetings.

The company are a national charity who are passionate about what they do, and offer a collaborative team environment.
About this role


The People Team Leader will be a highly experienced HR professional, ideally a strong generalist with previous experience managing a small team is essential.

You will be systems savvy and have particular standards of work with all transactional services.

Datais key to providing the best HR service, and you will be responsible for ensuring data is accurate and reporting on all HR metrics to senior management.

You will be passionate about process, and a strong mentor to develop your team.

About this role:

  • Being key and highly influential, in managing a dedicated team of HR Administrators.
  • Being responsible for the management and distributing of work load
  • Managing a HR inbox
  • Overseeing the onboarding process
  • Working closely with stakeholders, Managers, and the wider HR team to ensure that the wider business is supported in all elements of HR.
About You

  • Previous experience in a HR setting at Generalist level
  • Previous experience of managing a team is essential
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good understanding of HR systems
  • Ability to work from home with the ability to commute for meetings when requested
