J322- Our client is seeking a
Credit Underwriter, Small Ticket to make and facilitate decisions in response to credit requests concerning end-users, introducers, schemes and other counterparties.

You will contribute mainly to the Vendor Finance channel in delivering an efficient and effective transaction and portfolio management service while meeting the needs of key stakeholders in delivering and maintaining a balanced, quality portfolio.

Salary:
To £46,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits

Location:
UK, Thames Valley Preferred. Other UK Locations may also be considered. (Remote).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make and facilitate decisions in response to credit requests concerning endusers, introducers, schemes and other counterparties.
Develop effective, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
Assist in the optimisation of processes, including auto decision tools.
Assist in the development of effective and reliable reports in order to monitor the efficacy and efficiency of the team and monitor introducer and portfolio performance.
Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
Engage directly with endusers, introducers and other counterparties as business requirements demand.
Regularly review guidelines and policies to ensure they reflect developing stakeholder requirements.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Experience in asset finance / leasing risk management industry required.
Experience as a Credit Underwriter / Risk Analyst, with extensive exposure to Small Ticket business ideal.
You will be working within an SLA driven environment, so the ability to work in a fastpaced team is essential.
You will have a growth mindset, with a passion for learning and development.
Preferred locations: Thames Valley / Home Counties / London / Bristol / Manchester.
