- Sie sind verantwortlich für die termingerechten Planungs-, Forecast- und Reporting-Prozesse auf Basis der Konzernvorgaben
- Sie übernehmen die Pflege der Finanzdaten für den Geschäftsbereich in OneStream
- Sie führen betriebswirtschaftliche Analysen durch
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Accounting-Abteilungen steuern Sie die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Sie stimmen die Intercompany-Transaktionen ab und führen die Überleitung von Bilanzpositionen von lokaler Rechnungslegung nach IFRS durch
- Sie unterstützen bei externen und internen Audits
- Sie steuern die Einhaltung betriebswirtschaftlicher Zielvorgaben anhand von Reportings und Soll/Ist-Analysen einschließlich der Überwachung von Mittelfreigaben
- Sie führen Quartalsreviews mit den Kostenstellenverantwortlichen durch
- Sie erstellen Umsatzauswertung für die Verkaufsteams
- Mitarbeit in Sonderprojekten im Controlling und Accounting, bspw. Einführung neuer IT-Systeme und Prozessoptimierungen
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Rechnungswesen oder über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Vertiefung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Erfahrung mit Reporting- und Planungsprozessen
- Sie sind bilanzsicher und mit den Grundprinzipien der Konsolidierung (u.a Intercompany-Abstimmung) vertraut
- Sie bringen neben Ihren sehr guten Excel-Kenntnisse vor allem Initiative und Wille mit
- Berufserfahrung mit Konzern-Reporting-Tools wie OneStream, Hyperion (HFM) oder anderen Konzern-Reporting-Tools. Kenntnisse in Navision sind wünschenswert
- Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufserfahrungen im Bereich "Data Analytics" mit
- Für die Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Kollegen und Dienstleistern bringen Sie neben verhandlungssicheren Deutschkenntnissen auch sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit
