    Description

    Location All - Manchester, Liverpool, Lancashire and Leeds Salary Competitive Job Summary We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join our growing Housing and Regeneration team .

    The team

    You will be joining one of the UKs foremost Housing and Regeneration development teams who have a wealth of experience on complex real estate projects acting for Registered Providers and housebuilders.

    The team work on varied and complex matters including freehold and leasehold acquisitions, options, development agreements, disposals, lease management instructions, asset management and securitisation.

    What we are looking for

    We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual who is confident in dealing with a range of residential development matters.

    Ideally, you will have had exposure to working on a diverse caseload and be eager to work on complex matters.

    Due to the quality of work, we can offer, this would be an ideal opportunity for a Solicitor looking to develop their career in this area and work on more complex and interesting cases.
