_Borthwick Heating_ is a company established in 2008, operating across the UK.

We work through the ECO4 scheme, which focuses on reducing carbon emissions, and we are constantly expanding, with a workforce of over 150 staff, 70+ vans and completing thousands of installs yearly.

We are currently looking for a Plumbers mate to work alongside an experienced plumber, working throughout the UK. Out of area travel and stay will be required for this role, along with a full UK driving license.


Responsibilities:

Assist plumbers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems:


  • Carry tools and materials to job sites:

Prepare job sites by setting up equipment and tools:


  • Cut, measure, and assemble pipes and fittings:

Remove and replace old plumbing fixtures:


  • Keep work areas clean and tidy:
-
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

-
Previous experience as a Plumbers Mate is preferred but not required:


  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools:
-
Good communication skills:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment:


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team:

Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures:


  • Willingness to learn and expand knowledge of the plumbing trade

Salary:
Negotiable based on experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Plumbing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence and are over the age of 21 for insurance (required)
