- Support our IT service desk as a contact person for our customers
- Accept and qualify requests and fault reports in our ticket system
- Analyze our customers' problems together with our development department and your team and find the right solutions

- monitor our server monitoring systems and coordinate the ticket process
- Completed technical training, e.g. as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
