    IT Support Engineer (m/f/d) 3rd Level

    we are looking for people like you What does an IT Support Engineer - 3rd Level do at DCON?

    Support our IT service desk as a contact person for our customers
    monitor our server monitoring systems and coordinate the ticket process

    Completed technical training, e.g. as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
    initial practical experience in the IT helpdesk, IT service desk or 3rd level support
    Willingness for continuous further development
    Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
    MS Office Tools - business applications and teams, ticket system

    Regular working hours from Monday to Friday
    Flexible working hours & mobile working
