- BSc or equivalent focusing on Computer Science, Engineering, Maths or Marketing
- comprehensive understanding and ability to apply data engineering techniques, from event streaming and real-time analytics to computational grids and graph processing engines
- curious to learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate
- strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing
- certified in Databricks
- high quality data pipelines with rock solid stability and performance
- able to introspect and profile complex pipelines with critical thinking
- a positive track record in delivering high quality products in scrum teams
- a polyglot developer with python and Scala as a minimum
- (preferrable) exposure to MLFlow and machine learning models
- (preferrable) team management or leadership experience in a data team
