    Description
    As a Client Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Client Operations Team with a wide range of responsibilities, including client onboarding, offboarding, payments, and financial instrument movements, such as, investment and exit schedules


    Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction Management:
    Oversee transaction monitoring, reporting, reconciliations, investments and exits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards

    Regulatory Compliance:
    Stay abreast of FCA payment regulations and industry developments, ensuring adherence to compliance standards at all times

    Data Analysis:
    Utilize intermediate Excel skills to perform complex data analysis, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement

    Any Other Business:
    Ad hoc and supporting role where required to ensure the smooth running of the whole Client Operations department. Knowledge and ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
    Proficiency in Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUPs, IF formulas' and PivotTables.
    Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
