    Description

    Technical Manager – Frozen Food Production CompanyWe are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to become part of an innovative frozen food production company based in King's Lynn.

    In this important role you will be tasked with guaranteeing technical and legal compliance throughout the production process. You will also be responsible for upholding food safety standards, ensuring top quality product and navigating regulatory compliance.
    ResponsibilitiesBe the technical and compliance contact for customers, service providers and the rest of the teamAdvise the product development team on relevant food safety guidance and legislationEnsure product packaging complies with all regulations and standardsLiaise with team members on product quality and report back to relevant stakeholdersComplete inbound product checks for raw materials and componentsProvide additional QC support during production runsManage tasks associated with the Quality Management SystemLead the annual BRC certification renewal auditRequirementsProven experience in a technical or quality management role within the food industryExperience with HACCP, TACCP & VACCP systemsStrong understanding of food safety regulations and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProblem-solving skills and attention to detailCompetitive salary and benefits packageTraining courses can be providedSalary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

    Working Hours:
