Responsibilities:
Technicaland Compliance Contact: Be the technical andcompliance contact for customers service providers and the growingteam of our clients.
Food Safetyand Legislation: Advise the product development teamon relevant food safety guidance andlegislation.
ProductPackaging: Ensure product packaging complies withall regulations andstandards.
ProductQuality: Liaise with team members on product qualitymatters and report back to relevantstakeholders.
Inbound ProductChecks: Complete inbound product checks of all rawmaterials andcomponents.
Production Support:Provide additional QC support during productionruns.
Quality ManagementSystem: Manage weekly monthly quarterly and annualtasks associated with the clients Quality ManagementSystem.
BRCCertification: Lead the annual BRC certificationrenewal audit.
HACCP TACCP& VACCP Systems: Oversee the HACCP TACCP& VACCP systems.
SupplierManagement: Approve and manage product and servicesuppliers.
Corrective Actions andNonConformances: Manage corrective actions andnonconformances.
LaboratoryTesting: Manage laboratory testing compliancefinished product release recall program document control andtraceability programs.
Raw Materialand Product Specifications: Develop and manage rawmaterial and final productspecifications.
