Role Purpose:
We are seeking a Technical Manager based in Kings Lynn to be the technical and compliance lead for our client, their customers, service providers and their growing team responsible for food safety, quality and legality.
What you will be doing:
As a Technical Manager you will advise the product development team of all relevant food safety guidance and legislation, as well as ensuring product packaging compliance.
Liaise with team members on all matters related to product quality including leading the annual BRC certification renewal audit and oversee the HACCP, TACCP & VACCP systems.
