- Monday – Friday
- 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm
- Be the technical and compliance contact for their customers, service providers and their growing team
- Advise the product development team of all relevant food safety guidance and legislation
- Ensure product packaging compliance
- Liaise with team members on all matters related to product quality and report back to the relevant people
- Complete inbound product checks of all raw materials
- Provide additional QC support during production runs
- Be the technical and compliance contact for our customers and service providers.
- Be the technical support for the growing team where required, providing monthly reporting on

- Complete inbound product checks of all raw materials and components
- Provide additional QC support during production runs
- Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual tasks associated with Quality Management
- Lead the annual BRC certification renewal audit
- Oversee the HACCP, TACCP & VACCP systems
- Product & service supplier approval and management
- Corrective actions, non-conformances
- Responsible for management and development of raw material and final product specifications
- Managing the technical@ inbox and Outlook calendar.
- Manage the Organic certification compliance and annual renewal audit

Technical Manager – Kings Lynn – 35 – 45k
We are currently recruiting for a leading frozen food production company based in Kings Lynn.
Due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ a Technical Manager to start as soon
as possible on a permanent basis.
You will have:
Experience in a Quality assessing field previously
Have a good knowledge of HACCP TACCP & VACCP systems
Understanding of trace testing
Strong Excel knowledge and skills
Attention to detail - quality controlling
Experience within BRC - Supply chain assurance
Must have experience in running a QMS
Working Hours:
(list key tasks and responsibilities including those for food safety, quality and legality)
traceability programs
(for example decision on HACCP systems, TACCP/VACCP system, supplier approval, corrective actions, non-
conforming products, product testing, finished product release, product recall, document control and customer
complaints). Full authority on all aspects of the Quality Management System
Salary
Competitive salary offered, dependent on experience and skills 35 – 45k
