Gobel & Partner Ltd are a leading supplier of Total Quality Management Services to the Automotive and Aerospace industries.

We are currently recruiting for two Team Leaders to work within our Quality Management team. Working on-site at one of our most remarkable Automotive Clients, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Team Leader will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of Quality Inspectors.

Please note, this role runs on a rotational shift pattern:6:00am - 2:00pm - Monday - Friday

2:00pm - 10:00pm - Monday - Friday

10:00pm - 6:00am - Monday - Friday

The Team Leader will be responsible for the following:

Supervising the team
Supporting the Shift Manager with achievements and expectations
Communication between the team, Shift Manager and Plant Manager
Ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times

This role is paid at £11.00per hour with a 25% uplift, after 10:00pm.
