    A Commercial & IT Knowledge Lawyer is sought to join a leading UK based law firm.

    Client Details

    Our client are a well-respected UK based law firm with a commitment to flexible work patterns.

    Description

    As a Commercial and IT Knowledge Lawyer you will be responsible for:

    • Drafting and updating precedents and guidance notes for use by lawyers, and managing this process across numerous documents.
    • Organising regular know how meetings, collating agenda items, presenting where appropriate, ensuring team participation and follow-ups actioned.
    • Keeping up to date with legal technology solutions and assisting with implementation.
    • Organising team training sessions and where appropriate, assisting with training.

    Profile

    A successful Commercial & IT Knowledge Lawyer should have:

    • Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
    • Proven experience in commercial and IT law.
    • Strong technical skills, with an understanding of IT systems and software.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
