    Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and helping them embark on their educational journey? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a vital part of our dedicated team as an Early Years Teaching Assistant.


    We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to work with nursery and reception-aged children, helping them discover the joys of learning and development while possessing a strong phonics knowledge.

    As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our nursery and reception classes. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe and valued.
    Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to provide updates on their child's progress, especially in phonics development

    Qualifications:
    To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

    Minimum of a level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, an early years degree or a similar childcare qualification.
    Prior experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery or early years setting.
    A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to child development, with a strong emphasis on phonics.
    Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
