    Description
    FRA supervisor required for remediation works to fire door sets, access panels and dry risers, building penetrations, loft spaces

    • Surveying of properties and writing reports/recommendations of works to be carried out
    • Post work inspection of installations to check for quality. Once accredited signing off works completed
    • Overseeing a team of up to 10 operatives across the region varying of joiners and fire stoppers
    • Working mostly in the social housing sector, however some contracts within commercial properties
    • Permanent role paying up to £47,000 as a starting salary
    • Standard 40hr working week
    • Company van, fuel card, phone provided
    • Works on behalf of a housing provider in the London area
    • Training provided to become a certified FIRAS installer
