    Description

    This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join a highly regarded law firm based in central Bradford.

    Working from their modern offices, you will be responsible for providing one to one support to a Fee Earner.

    This is a busy and varied role which is ideally suited to someone who is experienced in working within residential conveyancing, you will have excellent organisational skills along with the ability to work with minimal supervision.


    Duties will include:
    Manage all client work allocated by the Fee Earner
    Type correspondence and documents, and draft appropriate legal documents ensuring.
    Issue sales contracts.
    Liaising with clients and third parties regarding cases.
    Receive incoming telephone calls, dealing with queries or taking messages as appropriate.
    Provide advice and guidance to clients ensuring that the client is regularly kept informed of progress and costs.
    Deal with all cheques or cash received or despatched.
    Prepare monthly bills for clients.
    Undertake the necessary administrative tasks in opening and closing files.
    Undertake and issue searches on purchase matters.
    Maintain an accurate and up to date filing system.
    Ensure all work is carried out is in accordance with SRA Regulations
