    Your responsibilities will include:

    Seeking a versatile training professional with a robust background in project management to strengthen our Compliance Operations Scaled Services team at Circle. The ideal candidate should blend creativity with precision, developing high-quality learning programs while effectively managing critical Compliance projects. Responsibilities involve creating comprehensive onboarding curricula, assessing ongoing training needs, overseeing learning initiatives, and leading significant project endeavors from start to finish.

    Key responsibilities involve:

  • Designing, documenting, and implementing an engaging onboarding program for new hires and contractors on a global scale.
  • Enhancing the Compliance Operations training program for continuous enhancement.
  • Developing essential learning materials and conducting training sessions for onboarding, new product launches, and routine business operations.
  • Collaborating with various departments including Risk, Compliance, Engineering, Talent Development, and Customer Success.
  • Remaining knowledgeable about industry trends to keep the learning program current and adaptable.
  • Conducting training assessments for new products, identifying training needs and specifications.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of the training program, making adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Overseeing training governance, leading efforts to meet training requirements.
  • Supporting critical projects and initiatives within Compliance and Compliance Operations.
  • Assisting in project planning for specific Compliance-driven initiatives, outlining scopes, timelines, and resource management.
  • Fostering collaboration within Compliance and Compliance Operations teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Addressing and resolving project-related challenges within the Compliance sector.
  • Participating in post-project evaluations to extract insights for future project strategies.
  • Recommending process enhancements within Compliance projects and identifying beneficial tools or techniques.
  • Ensuring effective communication regarding Compliance projects to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.

  • Qualifications desired by Circle:

  • Over 7 years of experience in financial crimes compliance, with a track record of developing training procedures and leading key projects.
  • Proficient in identifying L&D needs, creating curricula, and implementing tailored learning programs.
  • Proven success in project management, particularly in executing, planning, and finalizing projects within compliance and compliance operations.
  • Understanding of stablecoins, digital currency, and blockchain technology.
  • Efficient operational capacity in dynamic environments, seamlessly transitioning between L&D and project management responsibilities.
  • Strong collaboration skills with key stakeholders to define L&D needs and deliver specific learning programs for enhanced employee success.
  • Thorough grasp of adult learning principles and their application in designing and delivering learning programs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to identify and resolve potential issues and risks related to compliance training programs.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in risk evaluation and mitigation strategies for training initiatives and projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Jira.
  • Experience or familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
