    Description
    Bournville Manufacturing is the home of the UK's most iconic confectionary brand, Cadbury's.

    We are now looking for a Process Engineer to join us at the heart of our m anufacturing operations within different areas of the plant.

    Process Engineers become experts in the technologies of our lines as well as supporting data collection , ensur ing its accuracy, execut ing CI projects, support ing root cause analysis to resolve line issues, and keep ing track of the department KPI scorecards.

    Give technical confirmation to any request or project proposal that affects the process or equipment.
    Process data gathering and issues analysis:
    Implement and maintain systems to collect, collate and analyse data on key process parameters.
    Identify and prioritise process capability issues for performance or quality.
    Improve process capability and quality:
    Take responsibility for implementation by leading and coaching the line teams.
    Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps .

    The Manufacturing Process Engineer will be the owner of all data collection and analysis in their area with the expectation to maintain , optimise and improve all aspects of performance using CI tools.

    Proven track record within Manufacturing .
    Educated to degree or equivalent level in Engineering or Manufacturing .
    Ability to influence technicians, engineering resources and line leads, as required .
    Strong technical skills, with the ability to manipulate and validate data and information .
    Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment .
    Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data .
