    Job Title: Marketing and Admissions Officer

    Location: Heath House Preparatory School, Blackheath, London

    Type of Role: Fixed Term Contract / Duration: 6 months. Minimum commitment of 3 days per week.

    JOB PURPOSE

    The role entails overseeing the marketing and admissions efforts of the school, collaborating closely with the Head and the Bursar. Compensation for this position is tied to performance-based incentives.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Functional

    • Create and share captivating content across various social media platforms, crafting engaging material that resonates with the school's unique brand.
    • Analyze and present reports on social media metrics, offering valuable insights and suggestions for improvement.
    • Maintain social media schedules and ensure consistency in brand communication.
    • Establish connections with education counselors to enhance the school's visibility and reputation.
    • Aid in the planning and execution of admissions campaigns and projects.
    • Organize admissions-related events like open houses, tours, and information sessions.
    • Take an active role in promoting the school and attracting prospective students, providing friendly and informative responses to inquiries and ensuring a positive first experience with the school for applicants and interested parties.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience

    • Significant experience in administrative roles within fast-paced and dynamic environments.
    • Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
    • Prior involvement in student recruitment processes and admissions procedures.
