- Lead our conversion optimisation programmes for clients and provide support to Managers on our top accounts
- Follow an evidence-based approach to website optimisation using quantitative and qualitative methods to truly understand our clients' products and customers.
- Action the end-to-end delivery of experimentation for our clients, that will improve performance for our clients. This could be through A/B testing , a page/journey redesign, optimising the acquisition journey, site speed optimisation, or any alternatives we deem relevant.
- Develop evidence based hypotheses using client insights from data, research and prior tests to influence your optimisation concepts
- Brief and support our designers, developers, web analysts and UX researchers on client deliverables, ensuring their output is of the required standard for clients.
- Monitor live A/B tests and communicate results to our clients
- Lead calls with clients and maintain clear and prompt communication with them and our team
- Act as project manager for the client and wider team , gathering and providing updates on activities, and ensuring deadlines and quality levels are met
- Mentor and train Executives and Assistants to develop their skillset
- Passionate about customer behaviour , optimising online experiences and an interest in wider digital marketing activity
- A good knowledge of digital marketing, especially CRO or UX, and the ability to follow and action a strategy to improve digital performance
- Experience of managing a project , preferably in digital marketing
- You must be able to efficiently manage your own workload to provide the best results for multiple clients; proactively picking up tasks, delivering to the desired level and prioritising activity to meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with wider team of strategists, designers, developers, researchers and web analysts
- Strong communication skills , having the confidence to lead client calls and present activity in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to create a strong relationship with our client stakeholders
- Desire to continually learn and develop, either through guidance from the senior team, or making the most of the many training opportunities available at Dentsu
- Experience of using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Capability to analyse data and uncover insights and trends
- Experience with research methodologies such as polls/surveys, remote research, moderated research, guerrilla research, customer interviews etc.
- Knowledge of website management, either ecommerce trading, content creation or lead generation
- Awareness of UX design principles
- Leadership experience, whether direct management or mentoring
