- Monitor and maintain the WMS, including data entry, system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting, whilst working closely with the operational manager/lead.
- Ensure the WMS is aligned with the warehouse processes and procedures and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Provide training and support to the warehouse staff on how to use the WMS effectively.
- Coordinate with the IT department and the WMS provider to resolve any technical issues or upgrade requests.
- Generate and analyse reports on the warehouse performance, inventory, and KPIs using the WMS.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proficient in using WMS software, such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and SQL.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
