    Our client is an innovative and international Law Firm currently recruiting a passionate and pro-active Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to join their growing team in their London offices on a permanent basis.

    The main responsibilities for Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager will be to work closely with Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Head of HR UK and London Diversity & Inclusion Committee to drive forward the Diversity & Inclusion strategy in the London office while managing the corporate social responsibility programme and initiatives.

    Collaborating with the Head of Shared Services to align with global Diversity & Inclusion plans, and progress global Diversity & Inclusion objectives in the London office.

    Working alongside the HR, Early Careers and Recruitment teams to develop strategies to attract, retain and develop a diverse talent pool.

    Overseeing the 'charity champions' network and charity partnerships.

    Providing direction for our Corporate Social Responsibility and pro-bono activities, and support the Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility Executive to implement and manage these.

    Project managing Diversity & Inclusion, pro bono and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, and lead on continuous improvement actions and innovation in the key focus areas of the strategy.

    Working alongside the social media, marketing and PR teams to draft external and marketing communications regarding Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility e.g.

    articles, social media campaigns, award submissions.

    Keeping abreast of research and thought leadership in the Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility field and attend related events and seminars.

    The Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager will have significant understanding and experience of Diversity & Inclusion and a proven track record of planning & delivering successful internal and external Diversity & Inclusion events & related projects.

    It is essential to be extremely organised with strong project management experience and proven ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.

    The right candidate will possess strong communication skills dealing with people at all levels especially senior stakeholders and be a collaborative skilled influencer.

    The Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager will have experience of leading internal and external communication campaigns and provide best practice advice and guidance.
