    Description

    We are delighted to be looking for a new Programme Manager to join our hardworking team on a permanent basis

    You will manage complex programmes (related projects and change management activities).

    Your key role will be to lead a team of project managers and unblock any issues that may arise, manage interdependencies, help with the prioritisation of resources and support the delivery of benefits. You'll work collaboratively specifically with Abri's Information Technology (IT) Team where you'll share a unified view of projects and shared resources, to support sequencies.

    We are looking for someone with demonstratable experience in life cycles and governance arrangements who can show leadership skills.

    If you are an excellent communicator with the ability to demonstrate a track record of building trusted and respectable relationships with all stakeholders; internal and external, this could be the job for you.

    You will also be continuously reviewing capabilities, tools and methods to ensure quick delivery and outcomes so experience in project delivery is essential.

    ​​​​​​​We offer hybrid working so, when you're not working from home, you'll be able to be based out of either out Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD), Horndean office (PO8 9NN), Bracknell office (RG12 1RF) or our Yeovil office (BA22 8WN).
