- Work closely with the management team to allocate resources effectively and monitor ongoing development.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across departments and ensure client satisfaction.
- Establish governance structures and decision-making processes to maintain control and oversight of programs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on program status to key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Program Management/IT field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a program management role, preferably in a client-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in program and development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Familiarity with project management tools and Office applications.
- Salary of £45,000
