About you Degree or Equivalent Qualification:
A degree in HRManagement or CIPD level 5 as a minimum Experience: At least 5 years ofexperience in a similar role within a corporate function role in the UK UK
Employment Law Knowledge:
A sound understanding of UK employment law andbest practices in HR
Communication and
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapportand influence at all levels

A customer-focusedand proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and aspart of a team.

Hybrid Please not during your first 6weeks you will be required to be in the office 5 days a week, thereafteryou will be in the office 3 days a week and WFH 2 days.
