Credit Controller
**- Castle Donington - Study Support
- £23,000-£27,000****Package & Benefits:

Credit Controller Responsibilities:


  • Management of sales ledger accounts
  • Recording of all communications using a bespoke collections system
  • Weekly collections forecasting along with risk analysis
  • Regular liaison with sales team
  • Developing relationships with clients through verbal and written communication
  • Working closely with clients to ensure that payment terms are followed
  • Work punctually and deliver results in line with company expectations
  • Assess the ways in which the existing credit control processes can be improved
  • Chasing debts and ensuring that the ledger is well organised
  • Reconcile complex accounts that have been escalated
  • Work in collaboration with teams from across the company to resolve customer queries
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers through offering the highest levels of customer service

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience of working in a credit control position
  • Excellent administration skills with an organised and structured approach
  • Good telephone manner to promote confidence and professionalism
  • Analytical skills to look at issues in a clear and logical manner and be able to prioritise tasks
  • Attention to detail with a keen eye for following payments
  • A team player with the ability to communicate well in both spoken and written means
  • Competent with the use of Microsoft software with experience in Excel
  • IT literate with the ability to work with a range of software packages

Hours:


  • Fulltime, Monday to Friday
