This role will focus on:

Ensuringcompliance with the Company Environmental, Health, Safety andSustainability Policies, reporting any potentially dangerous issues/faults toyour direct Team Leader or Production Manager including but not limited tomaintaining a safe and clean work environment
Toensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, and atthe lowest possible cost, in a manner in keeping with the Quality, Safety,Health and Environmental policies and procedures of the company
Demonstratea positive attitude to training and personal development
Monitorthe performance of the process ensuring maximum output is achieved at all times
Carryout and document the correct quality control checks for each job performed,completing all production paperwork
Workas a team to ensure departmental targets, company targets and customerdeadlines are achieved

This role will focus on:

To be successful in this role, youwill need:

Manufacturing background andunderstanding of manufacturing process
Self-motivated individual with a strongwork ethic and have a keen eye for detail
Focused on target completion and provenability to achieve results
Ability to work well as part of teamand communicate with other workers
Good level of knowledge of MS Office
