    Field Sales Coach
    • Job Type: Full Time
    *Community Fibre is London's largest and fastest 100% full fibre broadband provider, bringing better internet to Londoners since 2013. Unlike most providers, they build, own and operate their dedicated fibre optic network and install it directly into the home, meaning they can deliver a super-fast connection at prices the national providers find hard to beat.
    *Working as a Field Sales Coach for their Door to Door Team means becoming one of the faces of Community Fibre, you embody the brand and as such have one of the most important roles within the ever-expanding team. As a challenger brand Community Fibre must think differently, always looking to rewrite the rulebook. They many have big aspirations, but they are not a grey corporate giant, they are a young, dynamic and flexible team, keen to shake things up.
    *Support and cover Regional Sales Managers

    • Support and cover the Training Manager
    • Manage and set up training workshops for agents who are underperforming
    • Effectively identifying and closing new sales opportunities
    • High quality customer care
    • At least 2-year experience in field sales management
    • They all love time off whether that's going on an exotic holiday or a staycation, you'll get 25 days holiday to enjoy, increasing by 1 day for each year of service up to 28 days
