Description
REWARD ROLE - EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION - MANAGERThe role includes managing teams and remuneration committees for a wide range of UK listed and unlisted clients on all aspects of remuneration, including reviews of remuneration policy and provision of market practice.
Duties will include benchmarking for senior roles, including executive directors and non-executive directors;Advising on incentive design, including for annual bonus and long term incentive plans
Modelling remuneration plans including analysis of payouts, costs and dilution
Assisting with preparation for remuneration committee meetings, including writing and/or reviewing papers
Advising on governance, including reviewing clients' terms of reference for the remuneration committee
Assisting with client management, including risk processes, timely billing and cash collection
Informal and formal training of junior members of the team
Understanding of the UK governance framework around executive remuneration, including corporate governance code; Able to project manage team
Strong report writing skills
Broader reward experience including reward strategy, job architecture, pay and grading structures and/or performance management experience would be advantageous
