- Supporting with the development and delivery of the material risk taker identification framework across the Group including any key communication material for in scope colleagues.
- As a subject matter expert, be a key point of contact within the team for remuneration regulation queries.

As a dual-regulated financial services firm, this will be an exciting opportunity for someone with a wealth of experience in reward regulation within the financial services industry to act as a subject matter expert, and use key experience and lessons learned to guide and influence a dynamic team to deliver an ambitious reward agenda.
Keeping up to date with remuneration regulations as they arise will be key and you will be responsible for interpreting these guidelines and providing upskilling to the wider team to ensure they can be applied to the Group's policies and procedures in order to continuously remain compliant.
