Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.


Duties:


  • Assist customers with product information and pricing
  • Provide accurate and efficient data entry of customer information into the system
  • Up sell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
  • Communicate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or concerns

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay:
From £23,534.25 per year
