We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Duties:
- Assist customers with product information and pricing
- Provide accurate and efficient data entry of customer information into the system
- Up sell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Communicate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or concerns
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay:
From £23,534.25 per year
